Force Sensitive Resistor (FSR)

FSR(Force Sensitive Resistor) detects the force, weight applied to its surface area. The 1/2" diameter round part is sensitive area. The resistance varies according to the force/weight applied to the surface of the sensor. When no pressure is being applied to the FSR its resistance will be larger than 1 mega-ohm.This FSR can sense applied force in the range of 100g-10kg.

Features:

Load capacity: 11.34Kg (25lbs)
Sensing area: 9.53mm diameter circle
Connector: 3-pin Male Square Pin (center pin is inactive)
Substrate: Polyester (ex: Mylar)
Linearity (Error): +/- 3%
Repeatability: +/- 2.5% of full scale
Hysteresis: < 4.5% of full scale
Drift: < 5% per logarithmic time scale
Response Time: < 5 micro-sec
